Ed, this lunch side was delicious. I wish I could have shared it with you. Beets and creamed cauliflower.
We saw the cube houses and were able to tour one. They are very cramped with a lot of little stairs. The one we toured was a one bedroom.
The city also have a very comprehensive maritime museum and an outdoor museum where you can walk around the boats and even go aboard several to see how they lived and worked. They even had small boats for kids to steer.
This was the unique restroom (toilet, WC) in the museum. It's been a long, long time since I've been in one where the water for the toilet is high on the wall and you have to pull the chain to flush it. Also the cloth hand towel that you pull down to use.
We had to see the bronze Santa Claus by American Paul McCarthy. It's supposed to represent the consumerism of Christmas.
Frites are everywhere.
Only 5.1 miles of walking. And, no, I don't think I've lost any weight. Too much good food.
