Adendum to 8-16

Aaron, I forgot to put this picture on yesterday. This is what Pop is talking about when he calls the refrigerator an icebox. A block of ice about the size of the top opening is put in that opening and the door closed. The food to be refrigerated is put in the bottom door. As you can see, there wasn't much room for food and there was no freezer.

If you lived in a large enough city, there would be an ice truck that would bring the ice to your door. If you lived in the country, you had to go to town to get your ice.
